Read the joint community letter and attachments that were submitted to the Montgomery County Council on January 17, 2017. Fifteen local governments and community associations, representing 10,000 downtown Bethesda area households, signed the letter, asking for revisions to the proposed Bethesda Downtown Plan. Ten additional communities endorsed the letter after it was signed.
